While the mock is being drawn, you’ll get a plain read on how your current site is holding up in search, and to the AI assistants people ask instead.

A founder seat holds the price with a code. Once a seat is held, that price is gone from that plan. It never rises for the people holding it.

Kirrby Studio specializes in small businesses in the United States that want support in looking after their website, rather than another back end to work out of on their own. I build the digital front door, manage it with you through the year, and give you the tools to help along the way.
What you are actually buying
A site, and somebody who keeps looking at it.
Anybody can build a site now. What’s hard to find is somebody who keeps looking at yours after it’s live. That’s what every Kirrby plan is: the site, built properly, and then the looking after, so the site stays right while you run the business.
Your own back end.
You remain in control of your hours, prices, photos, and the words on a page, changed by you the moment you want them changed. Two generators are built in: one for images, and one for copy that is written to be found, in search and by the AI assistants people ask instead.
A proper sit-down, on a schedule.
If you would rather I handled changes, bring everything you've been saving up since the last one, and I work through it with you. Copy written, images made, design done. These are no-obligation sessions. They're your safety net, there when you need it. Sit-down sessions are via phone, video, or email. You choose.
Sessions are set by your planUp to four seasonal changes a year.
Redesign your site for special events and occasions, on dates you pick, because your Christmas might be somebody else's Easter. After the season, the site goes back to how it was before the season began. Seasons are set by your plan.
An eye kept on things.
Anything broken or factually wrong gets fixed when I find it, whether or not you have noticed. The site is checked over regularly, kept up to date, and looked after in the background, which is the part nobody wants to think about and everybody needs.

About four minutes. No account, no card, no call. First question is whether you have a site already, because that decides what I ask you next. Either way, the answers are what your mock gets drawn from.
- 02While your mock is being drawn
If you have a site, I read it and write you a report
How people are finding you, in search and through the AI they ask instead, and what you can act on. It's version one of how Kirrby measures, and it says so. No site yet means nothing to read, so this step is skipped and Kirrby Studio goes straight to the mock.
- 03About a week
You see your mock
A real page at a Kirrby address, drawn from your answers. Click around it, show it to somebody. It stays up for seven days, and it stays a preview.

You decide
A no costs nothing and needs no cancelling. A yes starts with one real conversation, about ninety minutes, free, and then I build. The mock is the starting point, not the finished site; revisions come after.
The three plans
Three plans, one difference.
Every plan stands on the same foundation and gets the same back end. What changes is how often my hands are on the site. Sit-downs and calls are always optional and never pushed. They are there for when you need them.
Steady
A site that stays consistent without you touching it. One sit-down a year for everything you want done.

A site that keeps up with the business. The sit-down comes every quarter, and you add or remove things when the business needs it.

A site being actively pushed. The sit-down comes every month, and I bring recommendations based on your site's data.
